Shipping policy

**Poppy will be closed from December 23 – January 4 as we take a holiday break! All retail orders placed after midnight on Sunday, December 20 will not ship until the week of January 4, 2021.  Orders placed prior to the cut off on December 20th are NOT guaranteed to arrive prior to Christmas.  Please place your orders with this information in mind!**

When – and how – will my order ship? I need my popcorn happiness!
Our typical turnaround time for retail orders is 1-2 business days. We do not ship or fulfill orders on weekends or holidays. Our turnaround time is subject to change during our peak seasons. We use USPS Priority and UPS Ground for shipping all retail orders.


How will I know when my order ships?
You should receive two emails after placing your order: one confirmation email (including the contents of your order and payment verification); and one tracking notification email (including the link and tracking number for your shipment). In some cases, the tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active. If your tracking number has not become active after 48 hours, please contact the carrier or feel free to contact us at (828) 552-3149 or info@poppyhandcraftedpopcorn.com.


I haven’t received my package yet. Help!
Delays through our carriers (USPS and UPS) may occur during peak seasons. If your package has not yet been delivered, we ask that you wait the standard delivery time outlined in the tracking notification email before reaching out for assistance. In the event that your expected delivery date has passed, or your tracking has not moved in 3-5 business days, please contact your local USPS office/UPS store, or feel free to contact us at (828) 552-3149 or info@poppyhandcraftedpopcorn.com .


Where does Poppy ship?
We ship to all 50 United States! We do deliver to P.O. Boxes and domestic U.S. military addresses using USPS. However, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. military addresses abroad. We are so sorry for the inconvenience!


How are shipping costs and tax calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated in proportion to your order subtotal and will be displayed at checkout. All orders to Hawaii or Alaska incur an additional $25 charge. In accordance with tax code, Poppy only charges North Carolina sales tax (7%) on orders being shipped to North Carolina.


What should I do if I receive the wrong product or my product is damaged?
If the contents of your order are incorrect or were damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team at (828) 552-3149 or info@poppyhandcraftedpopcorn.com so we can fix it! Please include your order number and name if reaching out by email.
