The Poppy Manifesto
We believe Poppy Handcrafted Popcorn is the best popcorn you will ever eatš½
We believe in using only the best ingredients. We believe in spending way too much time thinking up flavor combinations and making way too many batches of popcorn to get those recipes just right. We believe in savory. And sweet. And we especially believe in savory and sweet š«
We believe in customer service. A bright smile, how can we help you, weāre here to make your day better customer service š And if something goes wrong, we believe in how-can-we-make-it-right customer service.
We believe in kindness and lots of laughter ā¤ļø We believe in empowering the next generation. We believe in doing the best we can for our community. And in listening and learning, and doing even better next time. Above all else, we believe in spreading love and that happiness is better when shared šæ

About Ginger
Ginger started Poppy for one simple reason: she wanted to be there for her kidsā school programs, baseball games and performances. In late 2014, armed with a hard work ethic and one popcorn machine, Ginger opened up shop. From the beginning she had a clear vision of what she wanted Poppy to be: simple, fun, well-designed, and of course, tasty, without the artificial ingredients found in other popcornĀ brands.
Customers loved it! That first holiday season, some happy customers asked if they could ship Poppy to their family, friends and business customers. As word spread, retailers from across the country started calling to ask how they could carry Poppy in theirĀ stores, too.
Ginger always wanted to keep her business local, homegrown and fresh. Instead of outsourcing the production (as so many snack companies do), Poppy is still hand-crafted with love in Asheville, North Carolina. This ensures that every batch is as delicious as the popcorn made by Ginger when Poppy first opened its doors.
